The Start.
With over 22 years' experience in Engineering & Architecture, My Engineer Ltd was started!
The company was founded by Mr. Dwayne Higgins BSc, MSc Arch, AEng (Civil) MIEI and Ms. Margaret Moran BSc, MSc in order to offer intuitive engineering services for the domestic market. The services are delivered individually and tailored accordingly. The company integrates technology to deliver streamlined Engineering & Architectural services to meet the demands of the next generation.
The Company has offices in Tuam & Galway. We employ a small team of Engineers, Architectural Technologists & Property Surveyors. The Company also holds Professional Indemnity Insurance & are members of Engineers Ireland.
The Past.
Mr. Dwayne Higgins managed the practice of Oliver Higgins Chartered Engineers, Oranmore, Co. Galway for over 15 years. Dwayne was the Design & Technical Director of Oliver Higgins Chartered Engineers. He previously was the Managing Director of an Architectural Technology firm called Arch:Tech Design Ltd. Ms. Margaret Moran holds a BSc and MSc in Information Technology from NUI Galway and is a company principal.
Dwayne graduated from the University of East London with an MSc in Architecture, specialising in Environment & Energy. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology from Waterford Institute of Technology, a Diploma in Architectural Technology and has a degree in Civil Engineering from Galway Mayo Institute of Technology. Dwayne also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering from the Technological University of Dublin (previously DIT). Dwayne was an award winning graduate from GMIT, winning “Project Student of the Year”, twice!
