My Engineer Ltd T/A myengineer.ie may also be referred to as myengineer.ie; my3d.ie; mypropertysurvey.ie; myplans.ie; myarchitect.ie; mycerts.ie; myconstruction.ie; mymaps.ie; myobjection.ie; myplanning.ie; myselfbuild.ie; mycosting.ie; ballpark.ie; dwaynehiggins.ie or mysurvey.ie either together or separately, using either upper or lower case letters, with or without “www”, “http”, “https” or other such Internet Protocol language to specifically infer the legal company entity that is My Engineer Ltd, Sun Street, Tuam, Co. Galway, Ireland, H54 E166 which is a registered company, registered in Ireland with the Companies Registration Office number 664493 (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”). The Director of the Company is Mr. Dwayne Higgins and the Secretary is Ms. Margaret Higgins. "The Client" or "Client" is the person that procures a service from The Company.
My Engineer Ltd uses the information collected from you through online forms or through direct collection in order to provide virtual online quotations, written quotations, make telephone/email & postal contact with you in connection with the provision of our services. In you making initial contact you consent to myengineer.ie collecting this information in order to provide a quotation until you either opt out (which you can do at any stage) or we decide to desist in promoting our services. My Engineer Ltd also acts on behalf of its clients in the capacity of data processor. When working exclusively as a data processor, myengineer.ie will be acting on the instruction of its client, and will work hard to ensure that the client is fully GDPR compliant.
Some personal data may be collected about you from the forms and surveys you complete, from records of our correspondence, emails and phone calls.
My Engineer Ltd website (and all of the other listed website addresses that represent My Engineer Ltd ) may use cookies for user browsing sessions, but you will have an option to either accept or reject such cookies. The main cookies used on the website are from Google Analytics. These cookies identify approximate geographical location based on IP address and method of browsing (desktop, mobile etc.). This information cannot be used to identify a user and is only used by My Engineer Ltd to gauge usage and areas of improvement on the website.
Any information myengineer.ie holds about you and your business encompasses all the details we hold about you and any sales transactions including any third-party information we have obtained about you from public sources and our own suppliers, such as credit referencing agencies.
My Engineer Ltd will only collect the information needed so that it can provide you with quotation and consulting services, this agency does not sell or broker your data, although coincidentally there may be times when your information could be contained in data that myengineer.ie has purchased from a third-party list broker, on behalf of a client.
My Engineer Ltd may on occasions pass your Personal Information to third parties exclusively to process work on its behalf, i.e. Planning Authorities or other statutory bodies through the very nature of the services that you have procured.
My Engineer Ltd do not broker or pass on information gained from your engagement with the agency under any circumstance. However, My Engineer Ltd may disclose your Personal Information to meet legal obligations, regulations or valid governmental request. The agency may also enforce its Terms and Conditions, including investigating potential violations of its Terms and Conditions to detect, prevent or mitigate fraud or security or technical issues; or to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of myengineer.ie, its clients and/or the wider community.
My Engineer Ltd will process personal data during the duration of any contract and will continue to store only the personal data needed for a minimum of six years after the contract has expired to meet any legal obligations. After six years any personal data not needed may be deleted.
Data held is accessible Ireland by My Engineer Ltd only. The data is stored on multiple servers owned and secured by our I.T. service providers (Microsoft).
